Residential: 9 am to 7 pm (Mon – Sun)
Business Office: 9 am to 4 pm (Mon – Fri)
School: 9 am to 2 pm (Mon – Fri)
Hospital : 9 am to 7 pm (Mon – Sun)
Church: 7 am to 10 pm (Based on the time of visitation or service)
Any order placed AFTER 2 pm local time may be delivered on a following business day. However, we will do our best to deliver on the date you requested. In the event that there is a delay in delivery, we will contact you either phone, text or email.
For holidays such as Valentine’s day, Mother’s day, Thanksgiving and Christmas, we may deliver one day prior to ensure that the arrangement gets delivered on time for your recipient.
As flowers are perishable goods, we may need to substitute while keeping the arrangement have same look and feel. Unless there is a major substitution, we will proceed with the change based on the quality of available flowers and foliage.
In the event that a recipient is not available, we may deliver it to his/her neighbor if possible. To avoid any non-delivery incident, please make sure to put your recipient’s phone number while placing an order at our website.
We guarantee the quality of the arrangement at all time. If there is any issue, please contact us within 72 hours from the delivery date and we will fix it right away.
